Meet TyAnn - founder
As our lead facilitator, speaker, content creator and consultant, Ty creates strategic people practices that actually work. She was one of the first Gallup-Certified Strengths coaches in Texas and the world. She’s got a degree in Economics & Management as well as an MBA. Clients love her unique combination of charm, wit, and professionalism. She specializes in large-group speeches and team training events. Out of her passion for bringing strengths to the world, she has served clients from small nonprofits to Fortune 50 companies including Dow Chemical, Dell Technologies, and Berkshire Hathaway.

Six years ago, Jennifer left friends and family in California to move to Austin, TX to start fresh. She hasn’t looked back! Now she enjoys working from local coffee shops so she can chat with random strangers; she still roots for her beloved San Francisco 49ers from afar; and she’s found a new appreciation for the outdoors.
Meet Elena - Strengths coach & technical producer
Elena is a passionate people development strategist. She fulfills her “why” through using CliftonStrengths to coach and facilitate sessions on leadership. Outside of our group, Elena also owns a leadership and career development business where she writes resumes, cultivates skill building, and builds self-awareness in clients of all ages to advance their careers. She attributes much of her personal development to her experience at the University of Florida, where she earned both her Bachelor and Masters degrees in business.

Meet Miriam - leader of operations
Miriam is an experienced Renaissance woman and self-proclaimed “getter doner.” She’s been in Business Administration in many industries and carries a skill set of work and life experiences that make her…well a human unicorn. She is a writer, award winning photographer, and newsletter editor. If it is new, she will want to learn it. She loves making Ty’s life efficient and being of service. She is charming and claims she can talk to a brick wall, but feels her voice works better with her plants and her fur baby…Blu.

Meet Amy - leader of all things brand
Amy is a brand strategist extraordinaire. A Maximizer to the core (sharing the same Top Theme as Ty), she loves getting her clients excited about their potential to be more than great, to be truly amazing! She is obsessed with helping people create brands they love and are confident to stand behind via her strategic branding business. Watching her clients grow and excel is her greatest joy, second only to her two kiddos, husband and their two dogs. Amy also enjoys painting canvases or wood furniture; reading books of all kinds; and a solid spin class where she can sweat it all out. Constantly seeking balance and beauty in all things, she couldn’t be more excited to be a part of Team Ty.

Amy is also a certified yogini and children’s yoga instructor. When she’s not creating brand magic, you can find her breathing into her yoga practice while owning her other business, Zen Bug Yoga. Namaste y’all!
Meet Kyra - leader of Social Media
Kyra is an equally creative and logistical individual with a particular fascination with human beings and how they work. Growing up in Los Angeles, she realized she could explore this intrigue through acting. She went on to graduate from one of the top drama schools in the world at Syracuse University. During her time there, she found success as a producer: she served as Financial Director to 8 full-scale productions, which required extensive money and scheduling management. Her success as a performer and a producer was entirely permitted by her organization, patience, and people skills. After school, she used this task-managing experience- combined with her personal love for social media- to help strategize and manage a tech start-up’s social media identity. Since then, she has fallen in love with the digital world and working remotely.

Meet Yael - Leader of PODCASTS & video production
Yael is passionate about meaningful and mindful projects that aim to make a change for the better. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Yael moved to New York City after graduating from Point Park University in Pittsburgh. She majored in Musical Theater with a minor in Music and performed in countless theatrical productions. Yael has 5 years of audio engineering and production assistance experience at an LA recording studio. At the studio, Yael was able to assist producers and artists directly and eventually make her way into the audio engineering chair. When she wasn’t editing vocal takes, Yael was recording her own vocals in the booth as the lead singer.
